Here at fantasticwebdesigns we work hard to try and satisfy all our clients. To achieve this we also provide PC troubleshooting and maintenance, alongside our traditional website design services.
Although Fantastic Web Designs does most of its website development in either Classic ASP, (Active Server Pages) or PHP, we also work in ASP.Net and are branching out to working in AJAX, XML and XSLT to provide even more interactive services to our customers.

Classic ASP web development

fantasticwebdesigns develop in Classic ASP.

You may be thinking, what does ASP (Active Server Pages) mean? It simply means that we build our sites on an ASP coding platform. By using ASP we can make our client websites more interactive, rather than simply using static html pages. All our ASP sites use either a MS Access 2000 database or SQL Server 2000 database back-end, this has a number of advantages, one is ease-of-use, as the site can be updated easier through editing or deleting records in the database, rather than having to hand-edit the actual code in the page itself using a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor such as Dreamweaver. We can also provide our clients with an administration area for their site. The admin area is provided for an extra fee, allowing users to have complete control over their site.

PHP

PHP's easy to use coding framework makes it an deal choice for both small and medium sized website solutions.

All our PHP website solutions are designed with a My-Sql database, that has all the advantages of a MS Access or SQL Server 2000 database solution.

Flash

Here at Fantastic web designs we see the future of the Internet in e-commerce and online trading. Two of our latest projects Mumford Books and Landscape Guides are large scale e-commerce projects where we have also implemented card payment transaction systems and installed (Secure Server) SSL to enable customers to purchase products online safely using their Credt Card details.
